- I have documents to be translated. What do I do now?
There are three ways to send your documents. You can email, fax or snail mail your documents to our closest location.

Upon receipt of your document, we will provide you with an estimate, including fees and delivery times.
- How much does it cost?
Translation fees vary depending on the size and the page count of the document. Depending on the type of document, and the degree of difficolty, translation of one page of document ranges from $40 to $90.
- How long does it take?
Delivery time varies depending on what is required. However translations of short documents take about 2 to 3 business days. An express delivery is also available for an additional fee.
- How can I pay?
There are two easy ways to pay.
- All major credit or ATM cards
- Money order
- Can you mail my documents to the Consulate?
Yes, the translated documents can be mailed to any specified address.
- How long does it take to arrive once you send it?
Delivery time varies depending on where you live. UPS Ground typically takes 2-3 business days, and is available with no additional charge. Next day service is available for an additional fee.
- How do I know if my documents are sent?
Once your documents are mailed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your document at www.ups.com
